Can’t bulk order – Update website error

I am unable to place orders in bulk. The message “Update website error” appears. The update key is appearing as correct in the ALD update tab.

On the page https://villatheme.com/my-download/ two licenses appear, the second is pointing to the correct site and the first to a stage copy of the site, which I don’t need.

I am also unable to order through the Chrome extension. When clicking on the green button the product page on Aliexpress is opened, a popup appears with the message “Requesting order info…”, but nothing happens after that.
