Can’t change ‘Review now’ text and multiple options are missing.

    Hi there,

    I can’t change the ‘Review now’ text on outgoing e-mails.

    I also noticed a lot of options are missing like; the ‘Optional Fields’ tab and different options showed in your documentation guidelines.
