cant export or sync order

I’ve already imported the products and categories and the store currency is the same, but when I try to import new orders and customers it says “No data to import” and that’s not true since I have lots of orders and customers that I need to have on my Shopify store.

If i go to products and select the products manually they also cannot be synced because the remain at (0) when syncing. Also the program keeps saying IMPORT COMPLETED. While it diddnt take the orders to shopify.
