Can’t get Access token as we can’t create new legacy custom apps.

I am struggling to get an access token as the legacy custom app is not supported now. When i click on “Build apps in Dev Dashboard” it takes me to https://dev.shopify.com/dashboard/… I tried creating custom apps there as well but i am lost there. Please help me! I am stuck with this issue and trying hard to find a solution.
