Cant hide the filters on the reviews

Hi,
I have purchased 2 licenses for this plugin and on both of the websites, I’m having this issue.

I’m trying to hide the tabs (filters) from the reviews.
I have shut down the option of filters in the plugin settings but still can see the reviews on the website itself.

Again, this is happening on both of the websites.
