Can’t install

I purchased WooCo Photo Reviews two days ago. Yesterday I downloaded and installed the WooCo Photo Reviews plugin. When activating it, I got a WP message saying “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error”.

I notice the plugin bears the name Smackcoders”. What is the relationship with Villatheme? Last week, I installed “WP Ultimate CSV Importer” and when the “Import WooCommerce” extension was added, it also caused a fatal error later which prevented me using the WP login. I had to restore a previous site back up. Your urgent attention would be appreciated.

Your plugin and the Smackcoders extension seem to be the same. Is that correct?
