Can’t understand help file for basic instructions

Hi, I’m sorry, I’m having a really hard time to follow the help file. There are a lot of information but it is not so clear to me how to do the only thing I’ve bought the plugin for that is showing the variation swatches below product image card on shop page.

I just want to do that, is there any step-by-step for doing so?
