Hi, I’ve payed for my license update in Envato.
But when tryng to insert muy purchase code on your site, once I click on “verify here” button, it opens a popup, I accept, and then your site refreshes the page and nothing else happens.
So, I can´t update, open a ticket, etc.
What can I do?
