Cart Page Free Shipping problem

Good morning,
We have been using your plugin for some time now, and so far everything has been working great.

Recently a customer of our site sent us a comment alerting us about a small bug.

In fact, on our site we give free shipping on orders above a certain amount of purchase. At the time of checkout the calculation is done correctly, that is, regardless of the currency selected by our customer, the site calculates whether or not the amount is enough in U.S. dollars for free shipping. However, this does not happen in the cart page, where the calculation to see if the purchase reaches the free shipping is done in the currency selected by the customer. I am sending you an example of what just happened to us.

A customer from Israel placed an order for ₪197.74, which is the equivalent of u$60.05. We ship free of charge to Israel from u$100. However in the cart page, the customer can see the option of free shipping available without reaching u$100.
