Change currency follow on change billing address – doesn’t work

I have just purchased this plugin specifically for this option just to find out it doesn’t even work.
Would appreciate your help on that
In fact, none of the offered features doesn’t work on Checkout page at all.

On checkout page, i toggle between any EU country to the US, expecting it to switch between EURO to USD accordingly but nothing happens.
