Change exchange rate on threshold

more like a feature request, than a support question I guess:

Despite cushioning against prices to be too volatile by adding %-fees and having rounding rules enabled, I wonder if it would be possible to have exchange rates applied only when a certain threshold (% increase/decrease) is met. In some cases the prices could adjust just by a tiny amount (depending on the rounding rules) and if the currency has some high volatility it would be revoked on the next run, which might confuse customers.
