Change of default template

Hello,

I’ve recently purchased the email template customizer. I’ve wanted to ask how I can change the custom template for woocommerce emails.
I’m using AutomateWoo for automatic emails and newsletters. However I can select there as template woocommerce default and none. If I select woocommerce default it still uses the basic woocommerce template and not the default one I’ve set up with the email template customizer.
I hope you can assist me resolve the issue. Otherwise so far I really like the plugin.
