Change order number of orders not synced by S2W

Hi,

We have a need to change our WOO order numbers to a new format where newly created order numbers made on WP WOO would start from 2000 and have a suffix of “-P”

We found a solution to add a function.php code like discussed here https://www.tychesoftwares.com/how-to-reset-woocommerce-order-numbers-every-24-hours/

However the code is messing up orders created by S2W, looks like you guys are using something similar that is conflicting for shopify synced orders?

Could you provide us with a function.php code to use in order to have our locally WP WOO orders numbers start from “2000-P” ?
