Change text in order tracking page bellow email and tracking number

As the title says I have attached a screenshot for you to understand better.

I would like to change it because client sometimes get confused and think that their order is not registered in the system when it’s just that the tracking number is not updating online yet because its too new (Have to wait 48 hours sometime for the tracking to show online).
