CHANGE THE STATUE TO CUSTOM STATUE FOR AUTOMATED EMAIL

Good day Kim!
As previously talked I have bought the plugin ( which by the way is great) in order the change the email sent to the client (not when the order is set as completed but as a custom statue) for example I have an order statue that is called SHIPPED and I always leave it like this – but I will like that the plugin sends an email 15 days after the statue has been turned to “shipped” for example.

Sencond question : is it possible to sent repeted email of the client didnt leave a review ? like day : 15,16,17
