Changed permalink after installing Multi Currency Plug-in

Hi VillaTheme,
I just purchaised and installed the Multi Currency Plug-in. It works fine. But suddenly the permalink has changed from https://retrocrafts.se/%category%/%postname%/ to this permalink https://retrocrafts.se/?v=f003c44deab6 and product pages looks like this https://retrocrafts.se/produkt/keramikvas-nie-bromma-keramik-ninnie-forsgren/?v=f003c44deab6 which now has a suffix like this ?v=f003c44deab6 on every page

I´m afraid it will affect my SEO. Please can you advice how to reset the permalinks?
