Check out page errors when Chinese selected

This was working 2 days ago and now it is not.

When Chinese Yuan is selected 3 things break:
1. the stripe credit card input boxes shrink and it shows “use a new payment method”
2. AliPay is not displayed
3 When you select PayPal none of the Pay buttons are displayed.

I disabled many other plugins and it do not fix the issue, including the language translation plugin.
Switching to all the other currencies work properly and display the correct payment options.
