checkout currency goes to defulte

hello there I have bought the multicurrency switcher and it’s all installed and good connected.

I did start to advertise on. Facebook then I see my customers pay with only pounds around the world when I have the setting for most customers to pay with their currency.

my customers have been dropping out checkout page.

I need a solution, please.
