Checkout Page Problem with Multi Currency Plugin

As the title says, Our checkout page is not working properly, When we checkout and change into different country the payment method selection is not showing up(example is united arab emirates).

I also have problem here in your forum, i paid for my support renewal here but it seems still not updated here as i am not able to see the answers from topics here(same as my problem)
