Checkout page reloads and get cleared after filling addresses!!

Hello dears,

Note: i already diagnosed from where the problem comes – it is from your plugin.
Please help me, i am facing a problem with the checkout page. THE PROBLEM IS: when filling the checkout fields and come to the last (zip code) the payment processor RELOADS THE PAGE and all the boxes get cleared…??!! The sad thing is that i could have 30 sales approx.

NOTE: You already installed the Country Caching plugin.

please fix this, i am always losing money when using your plugin. I have spent a lot and turned out your plugin making problem for me always.
