Chrome Extension won’t link, auto update key says successful but when it’s not

I was troubleshooting the fact that my auto update key says successfully validated but under product sync it says it’s disabled because of missing key. I removed my chrome aliexpress plugin and uninstalled/reinstalled the paid woo plugin, but now I can’t link my site to ali plugin, I get the error message “access denied” “Error: An error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data.”

under product sync, the error message I get is “Product auto-sync is currently DISABLED” “Product auto-sync is currently DISABLED”

just confirming, I have 2 problems: 1) getting my woo store connected back to ali plugin. 2) getting my auto update key to work.
