Cleantalk Anti-Malware found a problem with notify.php

When I do a full scan with Cleantalk my anti-spam/anti-malware it comes up saying

When I press view bad code it says this https://gyazo.com/e27176681e68f19f3b3682bf36472d2e

Can you please fix it, so this doesn’t show up, it wont just be on mine but it will be everyone who uses cleantalk premium version.
