Clicking/Loading animation doesn’t work.

I hope you are doing well!
I recently noticed that the click animation doesn’t work on my website anymore.
I mean, when I fill in the tracking number into the search bar and click the Track button, nothing happens. There is no clicking/loading animation. I think it will confuse my customers that the tracking function doesn’t work.
Can you help me? I want the plugin to work well, and I need the loading animation to work after the tracking number is filled in.

Besides, I have another question that tracking information doesn’t show the last-mile tracking number anymore. Can I add it back?
