Code shows up on order screen

G’day

1. Code shows up on the order screen. Its been happening since the last update. If i refresh it goes away. see screenshot.

2. The filter by shipping type button you included for me doesn’t work. If i select any setting, it filters to 108 products which don’t meet the filter criteria. I have applied screenshots for this too.
