Collect reviews on another page than the product page

Hello VillaThemes-Team,

I use the plugin to show all reviews for my products on a dedicated review page. I do not show these reviews on the product pages.

The problem is that customers now can not leave their review anymore. Is is possible to collect the reviews on another page (not the product page)?
