Color Picker Error

There is an issue with the color picker that allows for transparency colors. I have confirmed it’s not a css issue caused by any admin edits, and have confirmed no plugin conflicts.

Also, this is very weird wording for the image uploader:
“Select or Upload Media Of Your Chosen Persuasion”

Can you make it just:
“Select or Upload Media”
