Compatibility with YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards Premium #error

I can not send the gift cards mails coming from YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards Premium because they do no accept any changes of their email templates. How can i make sure, that your plugin does not affect theirs?

If i deactivate your plugin the mails are being sent.
