Component products – Filter products / custom products

Hi,

first of all, I get the “your are not verified message” when looking into posts here. I did login with envato account. At least this one: https://villatheme.com/supports/topic/i-want-to-bulk-filter-product-by-slug/

I need to know how I can restrict products to be send when using the component products. Seems Kind a useless. I use product type newest and want to exclude products. Secondly, when choosing product type “category” where can I select the category? Alternatively, can I hide the product price in this component?
