Conditional content and duplicate content

Hi, I like the Email Template Customizer. I purchased several licenses already and might get more for future projects. Here are my questions:

1) How can I make content/text conditional? E.g. for virtual products, we don’t want to show ‘Shippment method’ on the email. so when there is no shipping method, just don’t show the title either.

2.) How can I reuse the template? There are so many emails to customers that look nearly 100% the same, yet I have to design each one from scratch? There must be an easier way!
