Conditional Emails

Hello, We are having an issue with the conditional logic of these emails.

Our goal is to have one email go out to those who purchase Firewood, and another email go out those who purchase other items when the order is placed. I have placed the category selection and priority correctly so unsure why the template wont push through correctly.

Two templates for default and one for processing

Please let me know if there is another way.
