Conflict between WooCommerce Loyalty Points and Rewards and Points Plugin

Hi

I have two questions to ask

1. Sometimes we switch to South African currency on our website, but if customers use South African currency to settle, points will also be calculated in South African currency, which will cause us losses.

2. Regardless of the currency used by customers to settle, can they exchange one point for one US dollar?

I am not sure whether it is a problem with the currency plugin or the points plugin. I hope to get help.
