conflict with cache plugin

this currency tool doesn’t work perfect with cache plugin, what i can do?
i am using FS poster plugin which share my content from products to social media, and my main currency is rupees but it is fetching usd currency, and sometime pkr, but after disable wp rocket it works fine,
What i can do to completely exclude it from wp rocket.
i excluded theses cookies
wmc_current_currency
wmc_current_currency_old
wmc_ip_info
wmc_ip_add
wmc_wpml_lang
wmc_currency_rate
wmc_currency_symbol

but it didn’t work.
currently i deactivated wp rocket.

for example i am using default price field in fs poster share option and it is fetching usd converted price, only while using wp rocket that means my site shows usd pricing by default also and that is problem,
