conflict with trackship, notification emails blank

Im experiencing issue with update emails like in transit, out for delivery, delivered, not being rendered and displayed to customers, instead they are blank. When I disable your plugin all is working correctly with trackship update emails, however is conflicting with you plugin somehow. Can you please help how to resolve so emails are not blank and rendered correctly?
