confused about your email stating change in my site

Greetings,

I got an email stating my license has been changed to a new site. I don’t want to change the site my license is on which is life-is-spiritual.com which also has a subdomain masterclass.life-is-spiritual.com

Please advise as to which license to use for support AND which site is my license valid for.
