Confused by fulfilling the order payment

Aliexpress Order note: This note will be added when an order is fulfilled with Chrome extension

Do you mean the admin pay for an order with Chrome extension on Aliexpress?
and the Aliexpress Order note will be added on Aliexpress orders?
and the order No on Aliexpress will be Synchronized automatically to our Woo site orders?

I tried lots of times, but did not find a way to pay an order with Chrome extension on Aliexpress, what did I missed? or I misunderstand here please?
