Converter doesn’t work for not logged-in users

Hello there!
I’ve noticed that the currency converter doesn’t work for not logged-in users.
For example, when user needs to select a variation from a few selects, like in this product https://chromeworld.jp/product/ch-plus-charm.

Check this USD original price (which is correct) – https://i.imgur.com/JKCqAi3.png.
But then, after changing currency to AUD, and selecting the same variation, the price doesn’t convert – https://i.imgur.com/aEhUDX8.png, it remains in the same value, as it was for USD (even if the page was reloaded, and I can see the correct selected currency in cookies). Only hard refresh (CTRL Shift R) helps https://i.imgur.com/RLs5oGy.png.

It seems to be a cache-related issue. I’ve tried to clear all the cache (plugin, hosting cache, Cloudlare cache), as well as disabling cache plugin – the issue still remains there.
