Cosmetic Issues With Review Form/Display

Hi,

I am seeing some cosmetic issues with the review form/display. Please, could you advise how it can be fixed? I have numbered the questions below corresponding to the numbers in the image here: https://prnt.sc/q5tnvb

1) Is there any way to change the words “Customer Reviews” to something else, such as “Rating” instead?
2) Can be rating score (with the black background) have 2 decimal points instead – as in “4.0” instead of 4 so that the black background is more square, and looks the same with the other scores that have 2 decimal points?
3) The stars do not have any outline around it, unlike yours in the demo site.
4) The stars that have colour do not seem to be aligned with the background (that has no colour)?
