Coupon Code not matching

Hi,

Previously after request the coupon code on the thankyou page used to match the coupon code that arrived in the invoice from email template customizer

but now they no more match the thank you page shows one cupon and the email template customizer shows another

how can i fix this?

I have both pro versions
