Coupon not added to the e-mail + only first time customer notification?

    Hi! I’m just bought your plugin to send abandoned cart emails, and I’ve encountered a couple of issues I’d appreciate your help with.

    1. Automatically generated coupons not appearing in test emails
    In the plugin settings, I have enabled the option for the system to automatically generate a unique coupon for each customer. However, when I send a test email, the coupon does not appear in the message.
    Could you please advise how I can ensure that the generated coupon is actually being inserted into the email content? I would like to use a unique coupon per customer to prevent abuse or sharing by third parties.

    2. Sending only one abandoned cart email per visitor
    Secondly, I’d like to make sure that each visitor (whether logged in or a guest) receives only one abandoned cart email, not a new email every time they abandon a cart.
    Where can I configure this setting to limit abandoned cart emails to just one per user?
