Coupon not showing

Hi there, I configured coupon for showing in home page after 1 second.
I created a design and then set all options, according to your documentation.
Coupon does not appear. I tryied also to assign to other pages, but the result is the same.

I disabled all others plugin I have in my site, for any potential incompatibility.
I changed also theme, using standard WordPress one (Twenty Twenty-Two)
I don’t have any other idea to solve. Tried anything.

How can I fix?
