Coupon not working

I have had to disable multi currency, as my discount coupon is not working properly on any other currency, except the home currency. The exchange rate seems to be somehow messing up the % discount. The error is different across most currencies, resulting in up to 100% discount. The coupon code applies to recurring payments, as a % discount. I can send screen shots if needed.
