Credit Card Info Unavailable at Checkout

So I’m trying to get our checkout cart working and our customers are unable to use it since the card information portion of the site isn’t there. I’ve looked into it and you guys say that we have the sidebar checkout disabled. When I looked, we do in fact have it enabled. Is there something else I’m missing? Can you please help? We’re losing customers because of this.
