CRITICAL New Order Emails not being sent

Hi,

We are not receiving new order sales emails.

Our customers are receiving them.

The log shows that it’s being sent.

The mailbox is working as we are getting other emails.

When a customer places a new order on our WooCommerce store, we are not receiving the new sales order email.

This is really affecting us and we need to fixed asap please..
