Cron Products is not working and products are imported without Category and cost per item

Dear sir,
The Cron products is not working; I made it active as shown in the attached screenshot (automatically sync to Shopify products), and I set it to run every one day at 2 hours, 0 minutes, and 0 seconds. (By the way, what do we mean at this time and which time zone?).
Also, when I imported the categories and products from WooCommerce to Shopify, the cost per item and the category assigned to each product were not imported.

How can we solve this problem?
