Cross sell adding more bundles doesn’t work anymore

Hi,

We use your plugin a lot and it works great.
But now we have an issue.

When I try to make a bundle in cross sells I add the products like I normally do, but when I hit Save, there is no save and the product bundle isn’t automatically created.

Can you help me to fix this?
