Cross Sell not popping up

When I add to cart, the pop-up is not showing up for cross-sells. I am using the WooCommerce shortcode [add_to_cart] for the button in case that matters. I can’t provide you with admin/FTP access as this violates privacy restrictions. I have set the cross sells both in the WooCommerce product as well as on admin.php?page=woocommerce-boost-sales-crosssell
