Cross sell variable product details not showing in Woo order details.

I set up a cross sell popup for the cart page for a product bundles that features two variable products (size, color). The customer is able to complete the order, however, the order details in Woocommerce the order confirmation email do not show the two products in the bunde (and the the selected color and size), but just the Bundle Title.

To test:
1. Go to the following link and add the product to your cart:
https://dev.mudmates.co.nz/product/kids-goggles/
2. Then go to view cart (which will show the cross sell pop up), and select the second product in the bundle)
3. Then go to checkout and select Direct Bank Transfer as payment option and collect the test order.
4. You will receive a confirmation email missing the variable product details you ordered. In Woo Orders, you will see the same missing information for the order.
