Han2RedParticipantHi,
The Bulk Fixed Price option used to work well up until now, except for the Excel error that occurred when opening the .csv file exported by the plugin (this error is triggered because the first cell (A1) is named ID).
However, since today, after exporting the csv file, changing the prices, saving, and importing the modified csv file, the new prices are no longer reflected within WooCommerce. We can still manually modify the prices through the WooCommerce product page, and the price change happens correctly when we do so.
The only new thing we did recently was to change the product’s prices through your plugin BULKY and through the WooCommerce/WordPress “Quick Edit” system.
Since the problem started, we have already taken the following steps:
– Purged the website cache
– Run an optimization plugin.
– Uninstalled the BULKY plugin.
– Checked the WooCommerce status page, which is okay.
– Run WooCommerce system status -> tools. However, the Bulk Fixed Price option still does not work anymore.
Question 1: What further steps should we take to fix or investigate the issue?
Question 2: If we deactivate and uninstall the Curcy plugin, will all of our settings disappear (currencies, checkout, price format), or will they be restored after we reinstall the plugin?
I hope that you’ll understand that we won’t share login credentials or a status report from an active e-commerce website, but hope that you can still provide some guidance on how to fix the issue.
R.
