curcy when active show in cart prices different from subtotal

if i put a product in cart prices are different from price and subtotal prices..
i use EPO extra product options plugin to configure products
and another plugin product configurator for woocommerce
they have a basic price for each products then add price for options…
for me better if unit price in cart and subtotal are the same so inclusive of the options
