I get this error when trying to bulk order:

cURL error 7: Failed connect to eco.taobao.com:443; No route to host

would you help me fix this please.

Kindly find the attached screeenshot of the error.

And we are Arabs, and people insert addresses in Arabic language, so how can I deal with this and make the plugin fill the order?
